Privacy Policy
Tensor Studio is a design and engineering studio registered in Ontario, Canada. This page explains what we collect when you visit tensorstudio.ca or contact us, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. We keep it short because we keep our collection short.
What we collect
What you send us
When you use the contact form or request a free AI visibility audit, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company or website, the kind of project you have in mind, an optional budget range, and your message. We also record which page the form was on and, if you arrived through a link with campaign tags, those tags. That tells us how people find us.
Site analytics
We run our own first-party analytics to understand which pages and articles are read. It uses no cookies and loads no third-party analytics or advertising trackers, stores no raw IP addresses, and sends nothing if your browser has Do Not Track enabled.
Free tools
The llms.txt generator runs entirely in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare a proposal or audit you asked for.
- To deliver and support the services you engage us for.
- To understand which pages and articles are useful, so we can write better ones.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
The AI visibility audit
When you request an audit, we ask AI search engines questions a buyer in your market would ask, and record whether your business is named or cited. Those questions contain your business name and market, not your personal details. The resulting report is shared with you and with nobody else.
Who else sees it
We use infrastructure providers to host this site, store form submissions and route email. They process data on our behalf under their own contracts and do not use it for their own purposes. We disclose personal information otherwise only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept while a conversation or engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. If you want an inquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Security
All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to stored submissions is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here for a period after they take effect.
